2024/12/01: Delegation of construction companies organized by Japan’s Ministry of Land visited NISHIO Ho Chi Minh Branch; On November 29, we welcomed a delegation of construction companies organized by Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism to our Ho Chi Minh branch. 2024/11/15: Our equipment at the Marina Central Tower project; Located in the center of Ba Son (District 1) – The office, commercial, and service tower project with the commercial name Marina Central Tower (also known as The Sun Tower) has an area of 6,000 m2 and is inside the Grand Marina Saigon (the world’s largest Marriott branded real estate complex, operating according to 5* standards). BM Windows was selected as the first domestic aluminum and glass façade contractor in this project to construct the tallest façade project in Vietnam. 2024/10/23 NISHIO News Others Material Handling & Lifting: JLG Experts Visted to Nishio Rent All Vietnam to Train Mechanics on Troubleshooting Boom Lifts; Recently, experts from JLG conducted a one-week visit to Nishio Rent All Vietnam, Dong Nai branch, to train the company’s mechanics on how to handle common issues when using JLG Boom Lifts. 2024/07/05 Product Information NISHIO News Aerial Work Platform: Technical training about Hybrid Boom Lift with the expert from Genie; Every year, experts from GENIE usually visit and update knowledge for our sales and technical team. This time, we focused on discussing the advanced Genie Hybrid Engine Boom Lift. After learning the documents, our mechanics and Genie expert together practiced fixing basic errors when using the Hybrid boom lifts. They directly worked with Boom lifts available at equipment warehouse. 2024/06/20 NISHIO News: NRAV Company Trip 2024 in Phuket, Thailand; NRAV recently had a 3-day 2-night trip to Thailand, the land of smiles. This was NRAV’s second visit to Thailand, and this time our destination was the beautiful island Phuket. Always caring about the spiritual life of all company employees, NRAV organizes a company trip every year to visit attractive tourist destinations both domestically and internationally. This year, after the COVID-19 pandemic no longer had a severe impact, we had the opportunity to gather branches from the North to the South and explore the neighboring country Thailand together. This is a well-deserved gift for all employees after a year of hard work and effort. We visited famous tourist spots in Phuket such as Koh Phiphi Island, Promthep Cape, Patong Town, and enjoyed local specialties. The second night was a Gala night with many interesting and unique exchange performances, helping to strengthen the bonds between NRAV employees from difference branches. 2024/05/14 Project Reference: NISHIO accompanies the contractors in the AMKOR TECHNOLOGY VIETNAM project; AMKOR TECHNOLOGY VIETNAM is the biggest semiconductor factory of Amkor Technology Group in the world, built in Yen Phong Industrial Park II-C (Bac Ninh province). This is also the second semiconductor factory in the North, after Hana Micron Group’s semiconductor factory in Van Trung Industrial Park (Bac Giang province). After the Inauguration Ceremony in October 2023, by December 2023 Amkor Vietnam has produced the first product and is conducting testing, with mass production expected in 2024. Amkor Vietnam factory has a total area of 23 hectares, total investment capital of 1.6 billion USD, creating jobs for about 2,000 workers and by 2035 will create jobs for about 10,000 workers.
